Return Policy
Our return policy is as follows:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Books must be in their original condition and packaging, free from any damage, markings, or signs of wear.
- Returns must be made within 7 working days of the delivery date.
- Refunds:
- We will issue a full refund for the cost of the book(s) returned.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please email us at
fictionhouse1991@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the book(s).
- Once we receive the book(s) in their original condition, we will issue the refund to the original form of payment.
